1. What this document is
1.1 This document has two parts:
- Part A — Community Guidelines. The rules for what you post and how you treat other people on RevUp.
- Part B — End User Licence Agreement (EULA). The licence that lets you use the RevUp app.
1.2 It forms part of the RevUp Terms of Service (https://revup369.com/terms). Where the two conflict, the Terms of Service apply.
1.3 You accept this document when you create your account, and again when a new version is published (section 12).
Part A — Community Guidelines
2. Who can use RevUp
You must be at least 18 years old. Accounts under 18 are blocked at sign-up. If we learn that a user is under 18, we close the account.
3. Zero tolerance
RevUp has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We remove content that breaks these guidelines, and we remove people who break them.
4. Content that is not allowed
You may not post, send or upload, in a listing, photo, profile, message or review:
- threats, harassment or bullying, including repeated unwanted contact;
- hate speech or content that attacks or demeans people because of race, ethnic origin, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or similar characteristics;
- sexual content, nudity, or sexual advances towards other users;
- anything involving minors in a sexual or exploitative way. We report this to the police;
- violence, gore, or content that encourages violence, self-harm or suicide;
- illegal goods or services, including drugs, weapons, stolen goods, or unlicensed passenger transport;
- scams and fraud, including fake listings, phishing links, requests to pay outside RevUp, and fake payment confirmations;
- other people's personal data without their permission, such as their address, phone number, identity documents or photos;
- false or misleading content, including fake reviews, reviews of bookings that did not happen, or impersonating another person or RevUp;
- spam, advertising unrelated to a booking, or chain messages;
- content that infringes someone's rights, such as copyrighted photos you do not have permission to use;
- malware or links to malicious sites.
5. Behaviour that is not allowed
- Abusing, threatening or discriminating against a host, driver, service provider or customer, in the app or in person.
- Asking for or making payments outside RevUp for a booking found on RevUp.
- Creating more than one account, or a new account after being removed.
- Manipulating reviews, for example trading good reviews or pressuring someone about their review.
- Using RevUp while impaired by alcohol or drugs where safety depends on you, for example when driving.
- Any conduct that breaks Danish law.
6. Rules for each kind of booking
6.1 Parking. List only spaces you are entitled to let. Describe access and any restrictions honestly.
6.2 Rideshare.
- Offer seats only on journeys you are making anyway, and only to share costs.
- Drive lawfully, with a valid licence, and with a registered and insured car.
- Respect agreed pick-up and drop-off points.
- Passengers must treat the driver's car and the driver with respect.
6.3 Services. Describe jobs and bids honestly. Do only work you are able and allowed to do. Keep to what was agreed.
7. Reporting and blocking
7.1 You can report any of these from the app:
- a message;
- a review;
- a user profile;
- a listing.
Choose a reason and add details if you want. Reports are confidential: we never tell the reported user who reported them.
7.2 You can block any user from their profile or from a conversation. A block works both ways and is silent:
- neither of you can message the other;
- neither of you sees the other's parking spaces, rides or jobs, and neither can book from the other;
- the person you blocked is not told. To them, you simply appear unavailable;
- bookings already confirmed between you are not affected and still go ahead.
You can unblock someone from Profile, then Blocked users.
7.3 In an emergency, call 112. Reporting in the app does not alert the police or emergency services.
8. What we do with reports
8.1 We act on reports within 24 hours. A member of our team reviews every report.
8.2 If content breaks these guidelines, we remove it. If a user breaks them, we remove the user from RevUp. Serious cases can lead to removal on the first offence. We may report illegal content to the police.
8.3 We tell the person who reported the content what we decided. We also tell the person whose content or account we acted on what we did, which rule or law it broke, whether an automated tool was involved, and how to appeal (section 11). We give these reasons unless the law prevents it, for example where a police investigation is ongoing.
8.4 If you believe content on RevUp is illegal, you can also tell us by email at [email protected]. Say where the content is, why you think it is illegal, and your name and email, so we can reply.
9. Automatic screening
9.1 To catch problems early, we screen content automatically:
- Photos in listings, profiles and vehicle photos are checked by an automated tool before they are published. A photo stays hidden until it passes. If it is rejected, you see a message in the app and can upload another photo.
- Messages and reviews are published immediately and checked by an automated tool straight afterwards. If the tool flags them, they are hidden automatically and sent to our team for review.
- Photos attached to a problem report are not screened. They are evidence, and only our support team and the two parties to the booking can see them.
9.2 Automated tools never suspend or close an account on their own. A person reviews before any account is suspended or closed. See the Privacy Policy (https://revup369.com/privacy) for the tools we use and how your data is handled.
10. Consequences
Depending on how serious the breach is, and whether it has happened before, we may:
- remove or hide the content;
- warn you;
- limit what you can do, for example block you from messaging, listing or booking;
- suspend your account for a period;
- close your account permanently and refuse a new one.
We tell you the reason and how to appeal no later than when the decision takes effect. A business user whose account we close permanently gets 30 days' notice, with the exceptions set out in the Terms of Service, section 19.4. Closing an account does not cancel what you owe or what is owed to you under the Terms of Service.
11. Appeals
11.1 If you think we got it wrong, email [email protected] within 6 months of our decision. Tell us what was removed or restricted and why you disagree. Appeals are free.
11.2 A person reviews the appeal, and where our team size allows, it is someone who was not involved in the original decision. The decision is never left to an automated tool. We reply by email, normally within 14 days. If we agree we were wrong, we restore the content or account without delay.
11.3 Appealing to us does not affect your other rights, including going to court. Under the EU Digital Services Act you may also take a dispute about our decision to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body; we will tell you which bodies are certified in Denmark when you appeal.
Part B — End User Licence Agreement
12. Acceptance and changes
12.1 By creating an account you accept this document and the Terms of Service. The app records the version you accepted and when.
12.2 When we publish a new version, we tell you at least 15 days before it takes effect, and the app asks you to accept it before you continue. If you do not accept it, you can delete your account from Profile, then Privacy & data.
13. Your licence to use the app
13.1 RevUp369 ApS grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the RevUp app on devices you own or control, for your own use of the RevUp marketplace, in line with these terms.
13.2 You may not:
- copy, modify, translate, or create works based on the app;
- reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except where the law allows it;
- rent, lend, sell, sub-license or distribute the app;
- remove any notices of ownership;
- use the app to build a competing service, or access it with bots, scrapers or other automated means;
- try to get around its security or access controls.
13.3 The app, its design and its content (apart from content posted by users) belong to RevUp369 ApS or its licensors. This licence gives you no other rights.
13.4 The licence ends when your account is closed or deleted, or if you break these terms. You must then stop using the app.
14. App stores
14.1 Apple. If you downloaded the app from Apple's App Store:
- this agreement is between you and RevUp369 ApS only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content;
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app;
- if the app fails to meet a warranty that applies, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation;
- Apple is not responsible for any claims about the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection claims;
- Apple is not responsible for investigating or defending a claim that the app infringes someone's intellectual property;
- you confirm that you are not in a country subject to a US government embargo, and are not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
You must also follow the App Store's usage rules.
14.2 Google. If you downloaded the app from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply to your use of Google Play. Google is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the app.
15. Updates
We may update the app to fix problems, add features or meet legal requirements. Some updates may be required to keep using RevUp. We will keep the app working with the current versions of iOS and Android for as long as we offer the RevUp service, and we will tell you in the app store listing when an older version stops being supported.
16. Warranty and liability
The app is provided as part of the RevUp service described in the Terms of Service. The warranty and liability terms in the Terms of Service, section 18, apply to the app as well. Nothing in this agreement limits rights a consumer has under mandatory law.
17. Governing law
This document is governed by Danish law, as set out in the Terms of Service, section 22.
